This flagship project was initiated in J&K to empower the youth and to generate employment for women. ensuring they are processed efficiently and marketed effectively. Decentralizing processing activities ensures high-quality standards and minimizes waste.

Decentralizing processing activities plays a big role in maintaining high-quality standards and reducing waste. When processing is done closer to the source, it helps in better handling of raw materials, leading to fresher and more valuable products. This also boosts local economies by creating jobs and increasing income for small-scale producers.
